What happens next
- We read it and reply in writing the same business day.
- You get a price per turnover, with linen and consumables itemised separately.
- You approve it, or you do not. There is no follow-up sequence either way.
- We do a first clean, send the photo report, and you decide whether to continue.

How quickly will I hear back?
Every enquiry is answered on the business day it arrives. If you are trying to cover a turnover in the next day or two, say so in the first line and we will treat it accordingly.
Why is there no phone number?
Because written works better for this. A quote you can read is one you can compare and forward, and a turnover report you can search is one you can still find in eighteen months. It also means you can send something at any hour instead of waiting for someone to answer.
What do you need to give me a price?
The suburb, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how many the property sleeps, and roughly how many turnovers a month you expect. If it is an apartment, the building name helps because access affects the job. Tell us whether you want linen and consumables included and we will price those alongside.
Can I trial you on one property first?
That is how most of our owners start, and we would rather you did. One property, a few turnovers, and you can see the photo reports and the consistency before moving anything else across.
