Fortitude Valley
Airbnb cleaning in Fortitude Valley, from next door
Airbnb cleaning in Fortitude Valley starts a few minutes from our door. Comodo Cleans runs
out of 164B James Street, New Farm, at the quiet end of the James Street precinct, and the
Valley is the first suburb over. We already turn over apartments on Alfred, Warner, Wickham,
Ann, Church, Brookes, Malt and Gotha streets, plus Prospect Street and James Street itself.
The Valley books on the weekend. Guests come for the bars and live music around Brunswick
Street Mall and Chinatown, for a gig, a hen's or a birthday, and most stays run Friday to
Sunday. That puts a lot of checkouts on Saturday and Sunday mornings, often back-to-back with
the next group arriving the same afternoon.
A weekend group stay is a different clean to a midweek work trip. More glasses, more bins,
more chance of a wine mark on the couch or a lamp knocked off a side table. We allow for that
in the time, and we look for it on purpose rather than finding it by accident.
Then there is the James Street side: quieter, design-focused apartments where guests come for
the restaurants and shops and expect the place to look like the photos. Same checklist, same
photo report, different eye for detail.
