Coolangatta
Airbnb cleaning Coolangatta guests notice
We cover Airbnb cleaning in Coolangatta and its neighbours, Greenmount, Rainbow Bay and Kirra.
This is the far southern end of the Gold Coast, where the beaches face north, the town runs
right up to the New South Wales border at Point Danger, and the Gold Coast Airport is a few
minutes up the road.
Short stays here are a mix of holiday units along the beachfront and older blocks and
houses on the streets behind. Guests tend to be surfers chasing the point breaks, couples on
a long weekend, and families who want a calmer beach than the strip further north. Plenty of
them arrive or leave on a flight, which shapes the cleaning day more than anything else.
An early flight means a guest gone at 6am and a unit sitting empty until 10. A late
arrival means the next guest wants the keys the moment the plane lands. Our crews start at
7am, so with a heads up the night before we can get in early and give you room to offer the
next guest an earlier check-in.
Coolangatta is the southern edge of our Gold Coast run, so we plan these turnovers in
advance rather than slot them in on the day. Each one ends with a photo report of every
room, with notes on anything damaged, missing or running low.
