A lot of New Farm is narrow streets, residents' cars and short time limits. A cleaner circling for a park is a cleaner not cleaning. Tell us about visitor bays, a driveway or a loading area when you enquire and we build it into the run sheet.
No lift, three flights, four sets of sheets.
The older blocks off Brunswick Street and Merthyr Road rarely have lifts. We bag linen and consumables so they come up in one trip, and we allow for it in the time, rather than finding out on the day.

Riverside listings sell the view. Sliding doors, balustrade glass and balcony furniture get wiped down on every turnover, and balcony drains get checked through storm season so a summer downpour does not end up inside.

A three-bedroom Queenslander is a different job to a three-bedroom apartment. We quote houses on the property, not the bedroom count, so the time on the booking matches the time the clean actually takes.

Yes. Our base is at 164B James Street, New Farm, so New Farm is the suburb we reach fastest. We turn over riverside apartments, older walk-up units and Queenslanders, and send a photo report before the next guest checks in.
About 2 hours on site for a 1 bed, 1 bath unit, about 2.5 hours for a 2 bed, 2 bath, and 3.5 to 4 hours for a 3 or 4 bedroom house. A standard 10am checkout and 3pm check-in leaves enough room for all of these.
Yes. Street parking in much of New Farm is tight and time-limited, so we plan each clean around it. If your building has a visitor bay or loading area we can use, tell us when you enquire and we will build it into the run sheet.
Yes. We bring laundered sets in and take the used ones away on every turnover, so beds are made with fresh linen even on back-to-back bookings. Linen hire can be added to any regular cleaning arrangement.
