Apartments here sit close to Tedder Avenue, the surf beach and the Broadwater, and guests tend to come for a week or two rather than a weekend.
Longer stays change the clean. A guest who has been in for ten days leaves more behind than a weekend guest does: a full fridge, a full bin cupboard, sand worked deep into the rugs, and a shower used twice a day for a week and a half. The turnover after a long stay is closer to a reset than a tidy, and we plan the time for it.
Owners at this end of the coast often have a higher spec to protect: natural stone, timber, good linen, art on the walls. We follow your house notes on which product goes on which surface. If something is marked, chipped or not where the listing photos say it should be, it goes in the photo report with a picture.
Longer bookings also leave gaps in the calendar, and a gap is the right time for a one-off deep clean. Oven and rangehood, grout, behind and under the furniture, cupboards and reachable glass inside and out. Book it between seasons and the next long stay starts from a proper base.

Main Beach towers and beachside blocks each have their own way in: a service lift, a basement bay, a front desk or a key safe. Tell us how yours works when you enquire and we put it on the run sheet before the first clean, rather than working it out on the day.
The fridge, the bins, the rugs.
After a long booking we clear guest food from the fridge and pantry, empty and wash the bins, vacuum rugs and cushions properly for sand, and clean the dishwasher filter and the dryer lint filter. We quote more time for this than a weekend turnover on the same apartment.
Glass, rails and outdoor furniture.
Main Beach is a narrow strip between the surf and the Broadwater, so salt air is a given. Balcony glass, balustrades, outdoor settings and sliding door tracks are wiped and cleared every turnover. Anything that needs height access is flagged for a scheduled clean.
Right product, right surface.
Natural stone, timber floors and designer fittings each get the product you specify. If a surface is marked or a fitting is loose, you get a photo and a heads up the same day, and Comodo Maintenance can fix it if you want it sorted before the next guest.

Longer than a weekend turnover. Our standard times are about 2 hours for a 1 bed, 1 bath and about 2.5 hours for a 2 bed, 2 bath. After a stay of a week or more we allow extra for the fridge, bins, rugs and bathrooms, and confirm the time when we quote.
