Spring Hill
Airbnb cleaning in Spring Hill, on the steep side of the city
Airbnb cleaning in Spring Hill is part of our regular inner-city run. We already turn over apartments on Wickham Terrace, and on Boundary Street where Spring Hill meets the CBD.
Spring Hill is old for Brisbane, and it is steep. Terraces and workers' cottages sit beside brick walk-up blocks and newer apartment buildings, often on streets where the footpath climbs as fast as the road.
The guests are different too. A lot of Spring Hill stays run longer than a weekend. People working in the city for a week or two, hospital and medical staff, and families visiting someone in hospital, who want somewhere close that feels like a home rather than a hotel room.
A week-long stay is a different turnover to a one-nighter. The fridge has a week of food in it, the bins are full, the bathroom has been used every day and the beds have been slept in for seven nights. We clear, clean and reset all of it, and restock to your list so the next guest has what they need for their first few days.
The photo report covers every room, plus the things that show up after a long stay: a cracked tile, a slow drain, a toaster that has given up.
