Most short stays here are in newer apartment towers. Lifts, secure car parks, shared pools and gyms, and apartments with stone benches, integrated appliances and generous balconies. Guests book for the Gasworks precinct with its shops and cafes, for Newstead Park and the river, and for a quick trip into the Valley or the city.
Newer apartments look easy to clean. They are not, quite. Stone benches show water rings, dark tapware shows every drop, and large tiles show every footprint once the afternoon light comes in. Integrated dishwashers and fridges hide behind cabinet doors, so they get opened and checked on every turnover, not assumed empty.

Integrated dishwashers, fridges and microwaves are easy to skip. We open each one: the dishwasher with its filter checked, the fridge and freezer cleared of guest leftovers, the microwave and oven wiped inside. Anything faulty goes in the photo report.
Pools, gyms and bin rooms.
Many towers have shared facilities with their own rules, and some set hours for cleaning or deliveries. Tell us your building's rules and we work inside them, including where linen bags can wait and which lift to use.
Furniture first, then the floor.
Outdoor furniture is wiped before the balcony is swept and mopped, so the dirt ends up in the bucket and not back on the chairs. Every few stays the balcony gets a deeper clean, glass and rails included.

About 2 hours on site for a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment and about 2.5 hours for a 2 bed, 2 bath, from our own records. A 3 bed, 2 bath takes around 3.5 hours. All of these fit inside a 10am checkout and 3pm check-in.
