Comodo Cleans Pty Ltd (ABN 17 677 564 966), 164B James Street, New Farm QLD 4005, runs this website. This policy covers the personal information you give us through it. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, email address, the property suburb, bedroom count, number of properties, the service you are after and anything you write in the message box. If you email us directly we keep that email.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or guest information on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a written quote.
- To schedule and carry out cleaning work you book with us, and send photo reports.
- To keep a record of what was agreed.
We do not sell your details, add you to a marketing list or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Our email is hosted by Google. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Australia. We share property details with our own cleaning crew, and with Comodo Maintenance only if you ask us to arrange a repair.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and performance.
Keeping it safe
Enquiries are kept in a password-protected email account. We keep them for as long as we work with you, and for record-keeping after that, then delete them.
Access, correction and complaints
Email hello@comodocleans.com.au to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you are not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
