Holiday rental cleaning in Brisbane is a different job to a one-night city turnover. A family that books a house for a week over the school holidays uses all of it: every bed, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, the barbecue and the yard. By checkout the fridge holds a week of leftovers and the outdoor setting has been lived on.
So we plan holiday homes as heavier resets. The fridge and freezer are emptied and wiped out, the barbecue is cleaned down and the gas checked, outdoor furniture is wiped and the deck or patio swept. Where there is a pool, the surrounds are swept and hosed and the water skimmed. Water chemistry stays with your pool technician.
A lot of Brisbane holiday rentals are also somebody's home. Owners let the house while they travel, or for the weeks they are away over Christmas. We work with that. Locked owner cupboards stay locked, and the reset between guests is built from your listing photos, not from how the house looks when you are living in it.
Every clean ends with a photo report of each room, with notes on damage, breakages, missing items, low stock and anything that needs fixing before the next family arrives.

A seven-night stay is not seven times a one-night clean, but it is more than one. Allow for a full fridge clear, the cooktop and oven front, under every bed, and the outside bins as well as the kitchen ones. We quote the house on what it actually takes, and adjust once we have seen a few checkouts.

Holiday guests book the outdoor space as much as the bedrooms. Barbecue plates are cleaned and the gas checked, the outdoor setting wiped and the deck swept. Through storm season, from November to February, we clear leaf litter from outdoor drains so a summer downpour stays outside.

Families need the extras. If your listing offers a cot or high chair, we check it is clean and set up as the listing shows, and cot linen can come with your linen hire. Games and toys get a once-over, and anything broken goes in the report.
